    Hi Community,

    Questions...

    is it possible in GC that Agents can record ACD calls ad hoc by pressing a record button in the web client ?
    We do have permanat recording for sure thats is working but ad hoc I am unsure and I did not find a clear Yes or No in the documentation.

    No.  A user can create an ad-hoc recording of a non-acd call, but that goes into the user's personal inbox and you as an administrator cannot see it.  If you want an ACD call recorded you have to set up a policy beforehand and/or enable recording on the trunk
