  • 1.  Call Rule - Attempt Strategy

    All,

    I'm exploring a strategy change, and I'm interested to see if any user has implemented something similar, and if so, which approach did they take?

    Within the contact list, we have columns for both Mobile & landline, with the idea that the first 3 attempts would be directed to the mobile, and where no successful attempt has been made, the final attempt would be directed towards the landline.

    Hi Adam,

    I implemented a similar solution where the call circulates between several phone numbers. In the flow, I used the Transfer to Number action, which allows for external transfers. I set a timeout of X seconds and left the process in a loop; on the fourth attempt, the call is forwarded to another specific number.
