This is definitely not a normal occurrence. Typically, programming in Genesys is pretty static unless two people have the same object open. I have seen where I had a page open where I change something and then the page would save that information when I moved to another screen unless there was an actual save button at the bottom. If someone else saved then I moved locations, I would overwrite the other change. Not saying that is what is happening, but you might check. Also, the Audit Viewer should show changes to any Campaigns. Use this filter:

Over the past few weeks i have noticed my call rule sets have been dropping off certain outbound campaigns I have set up. I've now confirmed that it is happening each day and I have to reassign my call rule sets to my campaigns each morning. The lists associated with these campaigns are rebuilt each night, but no changes are being made to the campaign on our end.
These are preview calling campaigns. Anybody else experiencing this or know why this is happening?
