  • 1.  Call Transfer or Direct Call---no Internal Contacts appear in suggestion list

    Hi guys, I hope you all are well.

    Got an odd issue.  I have a Genesys user that when he tries to make a call to internal personal by name, no internal personal come up in the suggestion dialog box.  I'll use Jeremey Singleton as an example:

    Hi Tracee,

    The user is filtering by External Contacts.  They just need to click the appropriate filter for all contacts or internal contacts.
