Hi, Could you help me out please, I'm trying to make a callback with this api: POST /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/participants/{participantId}/callbacks
the request is registered fine, but when I try to dial PC says "A system error occurred while verifying if this number is currently callable."
This is my request body:

callbackNumbers was in the contactlist.

I don't see anything obviously wrong with your request. You might try some different number formats though (like dropping the + and/or area code). Since this error is with the base product (UI), this issue would be better handled by PureCloud Support or the Community Forum.
