Hi, Got a simple conversation aggregation request :
{ "interval": "2017-06-13T23:00:00.000Z/2017-06-30T23:00:00.000Z", "groupBy": [ "mediaType", "queueId" ], "metrics": [ "tHandle", "nOffered" ] }
The query works, however the mediatype 'callback' is not shown. only voice,email and chat are returned in the results. The customer assures me they are using the callback mediatype. Any idea why this is not showing in the results?

There aren't analytics metrics for callbacks yet. This feature is being tracked as PURE-91 and is currently in progress.

OK that explains why :) Do you have an date estimate on when this will be added so i can inform the customers that are requesting this?
