I'm not sure if this post belongs in the right group-please let me know if it should be moved elsewhere.
We have a customer who wants to record callbacks, but only if the inbound caller has given consent before selecting the callback option.
I've tried several solutions but haven't been able to successfully record the callback.
Is it possible to record a callback under these conditions?
If so, how can it be done?
