Hi,
Create an Inbound Call flow that creates the callback and then transfer the call to that flow.
Bit of a hack, but there you go! Be warned though, I don't believe the accrued wait time in the first queue will count in the second, so it isn't really "keeping your place in line".

Subject: Callback to different Queue
Hi All,
Hopefully this is the correct, forum, if not please point me in the right direction.
I am sending my calls to a Queue and use the In-Queue flow to manage the queuing logic. I wish the user to be able to select a callback. I am able to get this to work, but there is now a requirement to send the callbacks to a different queue.
I can't seem to work out the best way to do this. If you look here - Create Callback action - Genesys Cloud Resource Center it says "For in-queue flows, the system places the callback on the current queue."
Any ideas how I can then get it to queue to a different queue once the user has selected a callback etc
Thanks
