    When changing the filter to Callbacks in Content Filter Summaries we do not see Callback transcriptions. We do this on days when we know we have Callbacks and Callback Transcriptions. We are able to use the Content filter summary for Inbound and Outbound. What are we missing?

    The call will be under the voice component, not the callback component.

    Callbacks are more of a container rather than a call itself, there is no recording and no transcript on the callback container, but there is on the outbound voice call which is part of that callback
