    Hello,

    Looking at the latest feature release around External Contacts...
    I've noticed the Call.CustomerExternalContactID variable is not appearing in Inbound flows and the same for Email.CustomerExternalContactID in email flows. 

    The variables are listed in the default lists here: Architect built-in variables - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    Does anyone know why this is so?

    Sorry the doc is incorrect.  There are no such built-in variables.
