    We would like to use the "Callee Name" feature on ACD voicemails.   See voicemail settings here: Transfer to Voicemail action - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

    To transfer a caller directly to a Genesys Cloud user's, queue's, or group's voicemail, use the Transfer to Voicemail action from the Toolbox. If the selected user, queue, or group no longer exists and you do not update the transfer action, the flow fails at this step.

     However, in Architect, when I enable the the callee name and put variables or literal values for the name, it doesn't seem to show anywhere when the voicemail is delivered to an agent.  Ideally we would like to agent to see both the number and the name of the caller in the voicemail...   or if name can not be determined, simply use "voicemail" as the name.  Curious if something else is missing that is causing this setting to be ignored.

    Interesting, I see your dilemma!
    As a workaround, you could specify a variable in the script to display and make it an input. Then when you specify the script in the Transfer To Voicemail for the Queue, you could pass the callee name in there as well as in the official place.
