Hi, for outbound campaigns, it is possible to display the phone number or caller ID to our customers? As of now, it shows unavailable and because of this most customers do not answer their phone. Kindly please reply.

See the Calling section of the External Trunk Settings documentation. After verifying those settings, please open a case with PureCloud Care, post on the PureCloud Community Forum or work with your telco (they often aren't configured to accept the data you're sending) for further troubleshooting. This forum is focused on APIs and customizations.
