    Hi

    Need Clarification for a solution proposed. Mobile SDK embedded into third party app  Will Agent be able to make call from third Party App using Genesys mobile SDK embedded in mobile app.

    We need Mobile SDK to handle call. Detailed solution to be proposed for dialing from Mobile.

    Hi Manjunath,

    Can you elaborate on your use case? As I understand from your comment, you are looking for a tool for the Agent to initiate a call.

    The Mobile Messenger SDK is an embedable client-side tool that provides e2e digital messaging End-user experience.

    my end goal is to achieve calling feature through mobile sdk. 

    field agents should be able make call on behalf of queue for tracking calls made by agents  on field  via mobile

    We are planning to add Video (including Voice-only) to our Messenger SDK in 2026:

    If I understand your described scenario well, the use case will be converted with that capacity.

    Is there a solution to call Genesys API form Salesforce mobile SDK. Where in Click to call functionality can be achieved from Salesforce Mobile SDk. Can you help with Integration steps.
