    Hi all,
    just a question with regards to Outbound campaign Calling List in Architech.

    When creating a Flow for Outbound, you need to select the Calling List to be used and all the Field names are populated.

    Can this data be used within the Flow, like for example: Customer Account Number.

    what is the purpose of populating the Calling List Fields in Call Flow as i need to be able to route calls to different Queues and need to use a Field within the Calling List to identify which Queue to route too.
