    Hi,

    How can I remove the hold music from the architect flow and replace it with just a calling signal sound?

    Hi Klaudia, 

    Welcome to the Community.

    I believe you would need to create a new prompt with the audio you require and update the IVR to use this prompt instead of the default hold music

    I hope this helps, but maybe someone else in the community will have other ideas
