Hi Community,
I am doing some pre-call rule testing for an outbound dialer campaign and am using this field: CallRecordLastAttempt-PhoneCell to limit the system from dialing the home phone record. I only want to call the Home Phone after at least 1 minute has elapsed from the cell phone call. Using this logic, in tandem with high-volume of recycling, I figure the system will respond appropriately. The Resource Center states the following about this field:
Available in pre-call or wrap-up rule conditions. Contact Property has two conditions:
-
Last attempt: Compares the last time that the system attempted to call a contact or a contact number (home, cell, work) to a user-entered relative time (number of days, hours, and minutes in the past)
The last attempt condition only counts real attempts. Busy, preview skipped, rule skipped, internal error, contactable time blocked, invalid phone number, number uncallable, contact uncallable, and callback disconnect evaluations do not count as attempts.
However, I am seeing that the last attempt will in fact be updated when a record is processed and rule skipped, thus the resource page is incorrect. Can anyone confirm with their testing that they've noticed the same behavior?
