What are the disconnect reasons, e.g is it Customer Disconnects or is there a failure somewhere. Without a bit more information it would be hard for anyone to help with this. If you have examples, you could raise it with Genesys Product Support to investigate.

Calls are getting disconnected before an agent can answer when they overflow from another site. What could be the reason? Any inputs, please? Direct calls to both the primary site and the overflow site are working fine.
