Has anyone else ran into this message? Agent is on a call with a customer and in the middle of the call they hear "You have been kicked from the conference" yet, they are not on a conference - per-say. They do get calls transferred into their system from a third party that disconnects from the call. Curious if anyone else has heard this message.
