  • 1.  Calls getting disconnected during internal transfer

    All - We are facing issue as below:

    Have applied the transfer division restriction to the Agent by which agents are not able to see the queues of different division.

    While applying this permission we have added the division to which Agent is allowed to transfer the call. By this Agents are able to see the queues of other division but when they are transferring the call to those queues, its getting disconnected after one ring.

    Please find the below permission we have used.

    Conversation > Communication > Target.

    Any help around this will be really appreciable !

    Anurag - let me follow-up with the dev team.  I'm not certain this is the permission you need to use (but I'm not sure what you need!)  More to come next week.

    Anurag - I ran this past our dev team and they think it is likely a permissions issue as if it were blocked by permissions, the request would fail outright.  We suggest you open a care case and have them look into this.
