All - We are facing issue as below:
Have applied the transfer division restriction to the Agent by which agents are not able to see the queues of different division.
While applying this permission we have added the division to which Agent is allowed to transfer the call. By this Agents are able to see the queues of other division but when they are transferring the call to those queues, its getting disconnected after one ring.
Please find the below permission we have used.
Conversation > Communication > Target.
Any help around this will be really appreciable !
