We noticed large volume of our agents calls are getting dropped within 2 min/ call appears to be connected but no audio/agent listens to customers VM while customer will still be active on the call.
All these interactions are showing Disconnect Type: Error; Error Code: error.ininedgecontrol.connection.protocol.timeout. What could be possibly causing this error?
