There is an intermittent issue with call routing where all calls are not routed to any agents.
This is going on since early this morning NZDT and appears to have been caused by a Genesys back end update.
Supposedly the changes were reversed but we still have many customers who still have issues and the recommendation to fix is to reboot the edge appliances.
The PureCloud status page as usual show no issues.
