  • 1.  Calls Per Hour Reporting

    Hello, 

    I'm looking for any information on reporting on calls per hour that an agent takes. Right now, I download Agent Status/Agent Performance and do a lot of manual manipulation of the spreadsheets. Is there out of box reporting that can help with this and save some manipulations?

    Hi Rae,

    There is no out of the box reporting that shows calls per hour and this would need to still be done manually outside of GC.  

    I would recommend raising it on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab and adding your use case behind it so it can be considered for future development.
