    Hi All, 

    We have a few calls that are stuck in queue with no skill assignment. I've seen a few threads mentioning this, but not seeing any answers regarding how to get them cleared out. Is there a way to do this?

    Was able to figure out that I can use the disconnect interactions option in the routing menu... just needed to copy the interaction id out of the url from the detail view of it.
