Hi Santiago
Even in incoming calls, the call goes through the numbering plan of the site that is associated with your trunk.
What you can do is create a mask.
In the DID, create, for example, the number "+52 300 000 0000" and associate this number with the call routing.
On the site, create a numbering plan:
eg:
Name: Entry52300
Type: Expression
Expression: ^(52300)$
Normalize: +523000000000
Classification: create any name
This should solve it.

Subject: calls with + and without +
hello
I have configured a vDID as +52300 , this vDID is assigned to a call routing and this call routing is assigned to an Architect flow.
if I connect a PBX using a SIP trunk , could Genesys accept the number 52300 ( without the + ) ? or Only accept E.164 format ? , is there a way to manipulate this incoming number?
if yes, how?
