I believe you are correct but that only shows real time information, not historic. If I wanted to see the information related to the campaign progress from yesterday I am not sure if or where to see that. If you happen to know if the information from the 'Campaign Dashboard' view was accessible via the Genesys APIs then I could at least snapshot it at the end of the day and create my own historical records going forward.

Sam,
The Campaign Performance Detail View gives most of the information we are looking for. The one piece it does not is, our call center managers are noticing that in some instances we are not completing our outbound voice campaigns. They want to know what the completion rate of the outbound campaigns are or, inversely, if we are doing very well on a particular day, how many integrations of a campaign we have gone through. That is the data I have not been able to identify.

Our business users were looking for some historical information related to our voice campaign performance. Looking within Genesys and its documentation, the information shown within the Campaign Details View (shown in the link below) seems to be pretty close to the data we would want but it appears to only be in real time.
Does anyone know if this data is available historically within the Genesys Performance workspaces or even via the API data hooks?
