  • 1.  Can a Recording Policy be assigned to an Instant Message?

    Can a Recording Policy be assigned to an Instant Message (not to be confused with a "Chat" or Call/Email for that matter)?  

     

    I realize an Instant Message isn't actually recorded, so a Recording Policy may not be applicable, but some ability to modify the retention of Instant Messaging history is what I'm  actually asking about.

    We do not offer instant messaging capabilities, if I understand your question correctly. Once we do, it would include recordings similar to how we offer recordings for emails or chats.
