Can agents swap/trade their days off? Example, agents work Saturdays so they have a day off during the week. Agent A has Wednesday off as their regular day off for the week. Agent B has Friday off as their regular day off during the week. Can they submit a trade in the system so that Agent A is off on Friday and Agent B is off on Wednesday on one specific week?

Hi Adriana, 
at the moment this would have to be done as 2 trades.
Agent A would have to drop the shift that they want off for Agent B to pick it up and Agent B would have to drop the shift that they want off so that Agent A can pick it up.
