Can Call History menu displays contact names instead of numbers ?

    Hi,

    We have add all customer's numbers in Directory>External Contacts in Purecloud

    When we go to the "Call History" menu of a user at the left column in Purecloud interface, we can see all calls history of that user, including numbers already added on External contacts of Purecloud

    My question: Can we displays this numbers on the call history with names also as they are already exist on the External contacts ?
