Can GC send a SIP invite or refer message to the GW or SBC when agent answering the call?

    Can the GC send a SIP invite or refer message to the GW or SBC at the front-end when the agent is answering the call, so that the GW or SBC is aware of the agent who answered the call?

    The customer need to implement audiocodes SIPREC function, so we need to setting GC to send SIP invite or refer message to the GW or SBC.

    Not sure myself Gary, but what's the underlying recording platform you're trying to get this all talking to?  I don't really know anything about Smarttap but if it's something like that, then this link may help you in your searching:
