Thanks, Jason! That Limits page doesn't give you the max that you can increase to...you have to request an increase, give a good justification for what you think you need, then Dev Support will analyze the request and approve a level they think appropriate within the (unpublished) max limits

Have you tried On Demand log captures yet? It's a newer feature that we've rolled out where agents can send in the last 5 minutes of console logs for an admin to download and review.
It looks like there is a limit that can be increased on the platform is you need more than 5. I found this limit under Platform Support Tools:
You will need to reach out to Product Support and request to have that limit increased.
