  • 1.  Can I call data from the Purecloud Directory?

    No replies, thread closed.

    We forward calls from 120 offices and I want to alert the agent to the name of the office the call was forwarded from. I put all the offices in the directory- so can I call the names from the directory or is there somewhere else I can store a table?

    I think I may be answering this on your other thread...based upon the DNIS, set a variable in the Task in Architect that contains the office name (say, Flow.RemoteOffice) and feed that into the Input field in a Screen Pop action, for an Input variable in the Script
