    Hi,

    I'm looking to give ownership of a Genesys dashboard to another person. Is there any way to transfer ownership of a dashboard?

    I've hit the max limit of 20 dashboards so I want to transfer ownership to other people but I can't seem to find a way of doing it.

    I did see this actually, and I'm not sure what was meant by "multiple dashboards view".

    When I look at the list of dashboards I see this rather than something similar to the screenshot in the thread:-

    The screenshot is the dashboard opened  (double-click) - accessed by other users who do not owner. This dashboard needs to be Public.

    If your dashboard is public, the other persons can "Copy a dashboard" and this person was a owner this dashboard.

    Ah I see. Yes we thought of doing this but the coped dashboard would have a different URL to the original dashboard so all users of the original dashboard would have to update their links. Not the end of the world but a touch inconvenient.

    Yeah, the dashboard will have to change the URL... unfortunately don't have an export or change owner...
