  • 1.  Can not Login to my Org (UAE)

    Hello,

    My user is admin and when I tried to login my org, I receive fallowing error. I can login to architect but admin panel is not opening. 

    I have tried to login with different account, different browser, different PC, different Internet. Problem did not solved.

    Can anyone help me.

    This may be related to the ongoing issues with UAE region as per https://status.mypurecloud.com/ 

    If you believe this is a different issue, then you will need to raise a case with Genesys Product Support

    Hello Samuel,

    Thank you for your response. After outage on AWS UAE around 1 months ego, I have successfully logged in. But now I am having issue. By the wat I saw outage info. Thank you.
