  • 1.  Can Previous Versions of Flows or Flows be Deleted Really?

    When you delete a flow in Architect, you can still navigate to and view the deleted flow using the flow's original URL. This is documented here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/access-deleted-flow/

    The deleted flow is displayed with a message "This flow is deleted."

    From here, you can export the deleted flow, perform save as, view previous versions, etc.

    So, now I am wondering if flows are ever really deleted. I'm guessing this would be a question for the Genesys Team to respond to.

    No replies, thread closed.
    Customers can "soft delete" flows, but only Genesys can "hard delete" them. Also, Genesys does not commit to storing soft deleted flows indefinitely.
