    It depends on what you are looking for.

     

    You could possible integrate with an SMS provider to send an outbound SMS via scripter. We however do not support inbound SMS via oyer ACD today.  It is on the roadmap however, and we plan to add this functionality soon. Feel free to send me a note if you have any specific use cases you'd like us to consider.

    Hi all,

     

    any news about sending SMS through Outbound Call Flow?

    One of my use case is :

     

    If I try to reach one customer and call analysis detect BUSY, I have to send and SMS to this customer.

     

    Could you please give me more details on that?
