  • 1.  Can SSO only support a generic IT account login for a wallboard user licence?

    My organisation is looking to enable single sign-on only. We also have a number of test user and wallboard profiles that are linked to user accounts or generic IT accounts. Has anyone had this issue before? And, any suggestions on how to support SSO for test and wallboard user accounts?

    Hello Zoran, 

    You should be able to use SSO with these accounts just like a normal user. Just make sure they have a profile in Genesys Cloud. For example I have a CEO person in my SSO as well as a profile in Genesys Cloud and I can login with this test user account.

    Hi Cameron, 

    Appreciate the reply. I've forwarded on advice to our org's security team to review and endorse options we have to support the SSO enforcement on test user and wallboard accounts.
