Can we add multiple domain in single organization to invite the people of different domain.

Since PureCloud user accounts are based upon an email address, and not domain membership, yes you can.

The main setting to be aware of is Admin>Account Settings>Organization Settings>Settings>Allowed Email Domain(s), where you list the domains for email addresses that are allowed to join the organization:

I have few more doubts with different scenarios

1) How to enable secure pause using analytics(not part of PoC)

2) What is the The process to get I3 penetration test results

3) how to monitor bridge/edge/pc systems

4) Can we export recordings in the encrypted format? keep the PC encryption or use custom encryption while exporting.

5) Can we provide reporting access to specific Queues?

6) What is  PC data retention duration.

7) What is the process to subscribe to I3 system update alerts?

8)How to update on call flows and popups etc.. to see  if there is anything in the requirement that we cannot do. for ex. the call controls on the popup.

Can you all please help by giving the answer to the above questions[1-8], so that it would be helpful for me to understand the concept and completing the project.
