Hi Community ,

For agent loging in via browser onto Genesys CLoud , is it possible to not allow them to make transfers or conferences ? 

With some recent changes to transfer permissions , i am unable to think of a way to do so.

Thanks for your response . I already did check these permissions and noticed that while Genesys is planning to work on Granular level transfer permissions , it is not being allowed for agents who login via a web browser . https://help.mypurecloud.com/announcements/more-granular-control-over-agent-transfer-permissions/

I don't see any mention in the article suggesting that those permissions are not applied to agents logged in via browser

In the idea, the person proposing it was indeed referring to the embedded client,

But these permissions in the article are platform level and apply to the entire platform and not just to the embedded clients.
