  • 1.  Can we install Genesys Cloud Softphone on remote PC ?

    Hi,

    I tried to install the Genesys Cloud Softphone on my PC, but I receive this error: This product requires support for SHA-256 certificates

    Can we install it on local PC with is connected to internet and do make the calls with the same way as WebRTC ?

    Yes, I have the same issue when installing on Windows 7.
    I need to try on Windows 10 and see.

    for Windows 10 it will ask to install .Net 3.5 runtime or sdk, which I do not want to have...
