  • 1.  Can We Keep CoPilot Summary Participant Data Longer Than 60 Days?

    CoPilot Auto Summary Participants Data is available in the Genesys User Interface for 60 days only before it is purged. Is there any way to extend this timeframe to longer? This would help with incidents, complaints, reportable breaches etc.

    Hello Deepa,

    This is a limitation with data retention. 

    From https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/view-participant-data-attributes/

    Time to live (TTL) is 60 days for participant data. After 60 days, the data can only be accessed when exported.

    If you would like to have this changed, I would recommend submitting a Feature Request on the Product Ideas Lab.
