I want to know if we can migrate the recordings from pureconnect to Genesys cloud? If yes , how can be migrate and playback the recording and identify the ID .

Genesys Cloud CX doesn't offer the ability to import recordings from other sources. However, Genesys does offer a separate secure and scalable solution that can do this: Genesys Recording as a Service (R2S). This is available via the AppFoundry here.

Understood . This does not exclusiively mentions about the Pureconnect. Do you have any use case for the same for Pureconnect.

Bringing the recordings from PureConnect to R2S is definitely one of the major use cases. Meta data can be copied as well so the recordings are searchable.
