  • 1.  Can you grant access to another user to check your voicemail?

    We have a group that relies heavily on their admin assistants. They'd like to be able to grant access to the assistants to check and respond to their voicemail. Is this possible?

    Only if the boss gives the admin assistant their voicemail login PIN, and the assistant dials *86 on a PureCloud phone they're not logged into, so they get the prompt for which mailbox to access, then logs into the boss' mailbox to check voicemail.

     

    Which, of course, is not recommended (or easy).
