Hello Ana,
As of right now, Genesys Cloud does not support attaching PDF files directly to canned responses. I did see that there is an Idea that is In Development in the Product Ideas Lab. I would recommend taking a look at that Idea and voting on and/or commenting on that so that you can receive updates on that feature.
If you would like to attach a PDF to the conversation you will need to do so during a live interaction. You can drag and drop, copy and paste, or click the "Attach file" button to include the PDF.
