  • 1.  Canned response field takes over the entire screen

    Hi,

    Every time User Tania tries to do an email the canned response field takes over the entire screen. This happening for couple of agents and they use the Desktop application. With the changes it pretty frustrating for them! as every time they need to click message. Added the video.
    Not sure may be there may be a simple fix for this. Can any one help me.
