    I am looking for a way to check the frequency of usage of canned responses, to determine which can be deactivated within the library?

    I think there is a way to do this within Purecloud. Would be handy though, have you raised as an idea on the ideas portal?

    Jasmin, I think Sam's intended answer was "I don't think there is a way to do this within PureCloud."

    No, there is not reporting on canned response usage.
