  • 1.  Canned responses images

    Hi 

    Previously we were able to copy images directly into the canned responses. I see we are now not able to do this. Is this a bug or was it intentionally changed. 
    I can copy an image from another canned response to a new canned response but are not able to insert a new image

    I just checked on Edge and Chrome and I was able to insert an image and save it.  Could you try again with a different browser or reboot and then retry?

    Hi Robert

    We use to be able to copy an image right click in the canned response and select paste. I see this is now missing. 

    Can you expand on how you were to insert the image.

    It works for me when I copy the image and then use CTRL V  on my keyboard to paste it.  The right click does not provide an option to paste.
