  • 1.  Canned Responses not deleting properly

    Hi There, we deleted a few canned response in admin and they have been removed from the library however they still seem to display when an agent creates an email and opens the canned response menu. anyone know why this might be happening or how to resolve..

    SS of the problem with canned responses.

    Hey Jason,

    If you followed the basic steps for deleting a response, maybe your agent can try restarting their queue to see if the responses disappear from their queue (is this happening for other agents?). If not, this may be a bug and require opening a support case.
