We have a customer with two sites configured on the same organisation of Purecloud, the users on site A can call each others on the same site, however cannot call the users on the site B and vice versa, the issue is either by calling through Purecloud or through DID number of users
Note that all users use Polycom phones integrated with Purecloud
is there any restriction was applied between two sites on the same Org of Purecloud ?
