Hi All,
I am integrated a Google Dialogflow CX bot with Genesys. In Architect flow, I can able to see the Agent which I created in CX Bot. If I tried to send a message from web messenger it goes into bot failure path. I did not get any response from bot.
Could you please help me on this?

Hi Zino,
Whenever I initiate a chat , it route the chat to CX Bot Failure path, the chat does not enter into the CX Bot. please find the screenshot for your reference.

What are you evaluating to deem success or failure? It appears there may be an issue in that evaluation. Check out https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/call-dialogflow-bot/ on how to set up Call Dialogflow
