Good afternoon, I am a WFM analyst and all of the sudden today, one of my BU/MU's is no longer showing me the agents schedules et I have over 20 agents in that MU. However my two co-workers and my IHT team can see them. I've logged out, rebooted, even logged in from home to see if anything would make a difference and the schedule is still blank. I can see all of my others BU/MU's just fine, just not this one. None of my permissions have changed. I'm at a loss. Has anyone else experienced this before? What did you do to fix it?
